Beaconsfield Parade parking is heavily contested but fine during the week. Canterbury Road gets rat-run traffic during evening peak. Park Street has tram 12 running along it which narrows available parking. The side streets are quiet and manageable during business hours. The high-rise towers on Beaconsfield Parade and Canterbury Road need intercom entry — older security systems rather than modern concierge, so include your building and unit details when booking.
