Before you come

Allow 50–80 minutes for a complete wash and dry. Doors lock at 10pm — no entry after that. Arrive by 9pm to finish comfortably before lights off at 10:30pm.

Payment is card-only — Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay all accepted. No coins, no notes, no change machine. If you need soap, softener, or bleach, there's a vending machine on-site — but you're welcome to bring your own.

All machines are self-service. Choose your wash program at the machine — options include Cold, Warm, Hot, Delicate, and a dedicated Blankets cycle. Dryers run in 5-minute increments — most loads take 20–45 minutes depending on fabric and load size. If you're washing a large load in the 18kg machine, you'll need to split across two dryers (they're 14kg each).

Do I need coins for the laundromat?
No — our laundromat is card-only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. There's no coin slot, no note acceptor, and no change machine. Just tap your card or phone and go.
What are your opening hours?
We're open daily from 6am to 10pm, including public holidays. Doors lock at 10pm — no entry after that. The last loads finish by 10:30pm when lights go off. If you need a full wash and dry, arrive by 9pm to finish comfortably.
How much does it cost?
Washers start at $7 for a 9kg load, $10 for 14kg, and $13 for the large 18kg machine (great for doonas). Dryers cost $1 per 5 minutes. A typical wash-and-dry visit costs $9–$18 depending on load size and drying time.
Is it self-service?
Fully self-service. You load the machine, choose your wash program, and start it with a card tap. The space is well-lit, monitored by security cameras, and spacious enough that you won't feel crowded even at busy times.
Do you offer a wash and fold service?
We don't offer drop-off wash and fold at the laundromat, but our pickup and delivery service does exactly that. We'll collect your laundry from your door, wash and fold it to your preferences, and deliver it back — you choose the time slots. Learn more about pickup & delivery.
Can I wash a doona or large blankets?
Yes — the 18kg washer handles doonas, blankets, sleeping bags, and other bulky items. There's a dedicated Blankets cycle available. For drying, you'll need to split a large load across two dryers (they're 14kg each).
How long does a load of laundry take?
A wash cycle takes 26–30 minutes depending on the machine size. Drying takes 20–45 minutes depending on fabric and load size. Allow 50–80 minutes total for a complete wash and dry.
Do I need to bring my own detergent?
There's a vending machine on-site that sells detergent, fabric softener, and bleach. You're also welcome to bring your own — whatever you prefer.
