Analytics and Session Recording
To understand how our website and app are used and to keep improving them, we use a third-party product-analytics service, PostHog. This includes session recording — a replay of on-screen interactions such as clicks and navigation — which helps us find and fix usability problems.
We mask sensitive information by default in these recordings: your name, address, payment details, and any health or NDIS information are hidden and are not captured. We use this analytics only to operate and improve our service — never to advertise to you. Advertising is separate from this analytics: see the Advertising section below for how it works and how to opt out.
PostHog processes this information on servers located in the United States. By using our website and app you acknowledge this overseas disclosure; we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely and consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We do not record sessions at all on our NDIS or disability-service pages.
Advertising
We promote our services on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether our ads actually lead to bookings, we use Meta's advertising technologies — the Meta Pixel on our website and Meta's Conversions API on our servers.
Through the pixel, we share anonymous information about your visit — such as pages viewed and actions taken (for example, starting a booking) — along with your device and browser information and a pixel cookie. This does not include your name, email, or phone number.
When you complete a booking, and only if you have given us your explicit advertising consent, we also share a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address and phone number with Meta, so it can confirm that one of its ads led to a real booking. Hashing means these are not sent in a directly readable form — but you should treat this as sharing personal information with Meta.
We do not allow any advertising or analytics technology to run on pages about our NDIS or disability-related services — those pages are excluded entirely, so no health-related browsing is ever shared with Meta or recorded.
Meta processes this information in the United States and other countries where it operates. By using our website you acknowledge this overseas disclosure; we take reasonable steps to handle your information securely and consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can also control how Meta uses your information through your Meta ad preferences.
The advertising pixel runs by default when you use our website, and we give you clear notice of it here. You can opt out at any time using the Cookie preferences link in our website footer, or through your Meta ad preferences or your browser or device settings, and we will stop. Sharing a hashed version of your contact details for conversion measurement is different — that happens only if you give explicit advertising consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to make our website work, to understand how it is used (analytics), and to measure our advertising (see the Advertising section above). You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the Cookie preferences link on our website.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
