Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Laundry Plus services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Laundry Plus provides:
- Pickup and delivery laundry services
- Self-service laundromat facilities
- Commercial laundry services
- NDIS-registered laundry support services
- Group and event laundry services
Service Area and Availability
Our services are available in designated areas within Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to capacity constraints. We reserve the right to refuse service to any address outside our service area.
Booking and Payment
Minimum Order
A minimum order of 10kg applies to pickup and delivery services, with a minimum charge of $66.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards and debit cards
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Additional charges may apply for special items or express services
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled pickup
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for completed services
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and delivery address information
- Ensuring items are ready for collection at scheduled time
- Checking pockets and removing valuables before service
- Informing us of any special care requirements
- Being available or arranging safe drop-off location
Liability and Insurance
Our Liability
While we take utmost care with your items, Laundry Plus liability is limited to:
- Maximum of $500 per item, subject to proof of value
- Items must be reported damaged or lost within 48 hours of delivery
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear
- No liability for items left in pockets or not disclosed
Items We Cannot Accept
We reserve the right to refuse service for:
- Items contaminated with hazardous materials
- Items with heavy soiling (e.g., bodily fluids, paint)
- Leather, suede, or fur items (unless arranged separately)
- Wedding dresses or formal wear requiring specialist care
Service Standards
Turnaround Time
Standard service is 48 hours from pickup to delivery. Express service may be available for an additional fee. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Quality Standards
We follow all care label instructions and use industry-standard cleaning methods. If care labels are missing or unclear, we will use our professional judgment.
NDIS Services
For NDIS participants, services are provided in accordance with NDIS guidelines and your support plan. Additional terms and conditions may apply as outlined in your service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Laundry Plus and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laundry Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
