Southbank is almost entirely towers — there are no houses, no terraces, no low-rise streets. City Road and Kavanagh Street are the two main residential corridors, lined with Central Equity towers like The Summit, Melbourne Tower, and SouthbankONE on City Road, and the massive Melbourne Square development on Kavanagh Street. Australia 108 on Southbank Boulevard is 100 storeys with over a thousand apartments. Around 70 per cent of residents rent, the median age is about 29, and a significant proportion are international professionals. Many apartments — particularly the older one-bedroom stock — have limited laundry facilities or rely on shared building laundries.

City Road and Kings Way are the main arterials, but both carry trams and have peak-hour clearways — not somewhere you can stop during morning or evening rush. Side streets like Balston, Fawkner, and Hancock have less traffic pressure and better access to the residential towers. For pickup and delivery, we work through building concierge desks. Include your building name when you book — Southbank has a lot of towers and the street numbers alone aren’t always enough.
